Canberra Marathon Multiple drinks stations operated by YRA volunteeers each year at Canberra Marathon - second Sunday after Easter each Year Next event April 2022
Community Garden Members of the community are interested in establishing a community garden and liaising with YRA Consultation with the community and ACT government underway 
Park Benches

The YRA has installed four park benches supported by grant funding from the Australian Government in 2018 and 2019. Located at Pocket Parks on corner of Banks St/Solander Place, Novar St/ Hooker St, Orana Bay and adjacent to the shared path between Blue Point and Attunga Point.

Drinking Fountain The YRA installed a drinking fountain at the Yarralumla Shops in Bentham Street supported by grant funding from the Australian Government and subsidized by the ACT Government in 2018 Completed
Defibrillators

The YRA installed two defibrillators supported by grant funding from the Australian Government in 2018. Located at the Yarralumla Primary School and in Weston Park (inside the Yarralumla Play Station)

Shops and Business Centre

Working with ACT Government and Community to  maintain amenity -

  • repainting walls and benches (and getting colour right); replacing bent hand rails,
  • replanting and mulching flower beds 2019;
  • fixing paving in front of Chemists 2020
 Installation of Safety Bollards sought from ACT Government - long standing issue
Wetlands Build on previous work by NCA and look at improving stormwater management and recreational amenity in the Yarralumla Bay area Feasibility investigations
