The proposal was for a mixed use 5 storey development with 14 apartments, offices and cafes. Submissions on the original plans closed on 24 March 2025.
Submissions highlighted a range of inconsistencies/non compliances with ACT planning requirements including building height, waste management, traffic and potential impact on neighbours, businesses and shoppers during the construction period (Link to the YRA submission).
The YRA was advised on 18 December 2025 that amended plans have been lodged and that the closing date for submissions is 21 January 2026.
