The National Capital Authority (NCA) released for public consultation Draft Amendment 97 (DA 97) to the National Capital Plan. DA 97 seeks to change the land use policy of the former Australian Forestry School site from Community Facility to a mixed-use zoning allowing residential, aged care, commercial accommodation, community facility and ancillary commercial uses. Public consultation closes Friday 22 December. 2023.
